Sometimes you just can't pick one, so says my friend, Deb. Her angst in judging this contest was so bad that I feared she might get a migraine, so I let her off the hook and she chose two winners for this book contest! :)
Congratulations to Janice Pardo and Jaymee Foster, winners of the Scrapbook PageMaps 2 sketch contest! On Janice's layout (above), Deb said, "Not only is it a fantastic layout, but she scrapped photos of herself that most of us wouldn't dare put on a page. How cool is that?! Not to mention the fact that she was one adorable, little girl." I loved the combination of tell-tale aged photos and contemporary papers -- heritage scrapping at its finest!
Jaymee went a different route and rotated the sketch. Deb loved the photos more than anything and said, "Her photos captured such simple things about Christmas, yet they are so perfect on the page!." I loved Jaymee's irregular pen details, all the way down to her journaling, and how she fit two photos into each single photo space on the sketch. Her page really shows the versatility of a sketch and how you can change it up to make it your own.

This is one of the contests where I can honestly say EVERYONE created a stellar page. The sketch was unique, making all of your pages even more special and a joy to look at. Thank you to everyone who participated in this contest. :) The
